DR FIT owner Dexter Ridings is a Strength and Conditioning Specialist who uses evidence-based training to enhance human performance. Dexter knows what truly drives healthy habits and long-term success with training and it's not fad workouts of the week. Dexter is motivated to find the most beneficial path that results in a healthy lifestyle for you! Dexter holds a MS in Exercise and Health Science from the University of Houston-Clear Lake.

Included are:

• pair of 3 lb. weights
• resistance band
• knee pad

Limited to the Greater Nashville Area. Must use both sessions by June 1, 2023

Music City Malik Autographed Titans Football

The Titans planned to let rookie Malik Willis sit back, learn and develop during his rookie season while backing up starter Ryan Tannehill. Tannehill, however, suffered an ankle injury back in October, which led Willis to guide the Titans to a win in his first NFL start at Houston. Impressive!

If winning bidder is outside the Nashville area, the winner will be responsible for shipping and insurance costs.

Cumberland Kayak Paddle for Two

Take your pick from two of Cumberland Kayak's adventures!

1) Float along Shelby Park as you journey to downtown Cumberland Park on this self-guided urban paddle. Several bridges, as well as blue herons, turtles, and kingfishers, highlight the route, and an incredible view of the Nashville skyline marks the finish line.
OR
2) Put in at Cane Hollow Recreation Area and paddle up Center Hill Lake to Burgess Falls. Keep an eye out for birds and turtles as you pass by Cane Creek and start to near the falls. Once you arrive at the falls, enjoy the sights and sounds before returning to Cane Hollow.

Lessons at Harpeth Hall on a mutually agreed upon date and time. Must be used by February 13, 2024.
